William J. Barba

Mr. Barba was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting in May 2010. In this position, Mr. Barba oversees finance and accounting as well as the Company's information technology and manufacturing and distribution processes. Mr. Barba joined Matrixx in 2004 and became Director of Planning and Administration in 2006. In July 2007, Mr. Barba was named Treasurer. Prior to joining Matrixx in 2004, Mr. Barba held a variety of financial management positions at Mesa Air Group, Honeywell Intellectual Properties, Avnet, and MicroAge. Mr. Barba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Arizona State University.

Timothy L. Clarot

Formerly with Reckitt & Colman Inc., where he held executive operational and technical positions, Mr. Clarot brings more than 20 years experience to Matrixx, where he oversees all regulatory compliance activities, supply chain management, materials and product development, information technology and consumer affairs. Under his supervision, Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. has designed operational infrastructure to support all phases of development, quality assurance, compliance and supply chain management for the company's Zicam brand product lines, including development of five new products in 2002. Mr. Clarot holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from California State University at Fresno.

James A. Marini

Mr. Marini brings more than 20 years of consumer goods and retail marketing expertise to Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. Formerly vice president of New York-based Dominos Supermarkets, he has directed development of the successful national marketing program for Zicam Cold Remedy since 1997, resulting in distribution and expanded shelf presence in more than 50,000 retail locations nationwide. Through the creation of strategic pricing and promotional programs, Mr. Marini has been integral to the continued market expansion of Matrixx's product lines, helping the Company achieve more than 40 percent growth in annual sales since 1999. He attended Mercy College in New York.
